Trauma Integration Training with Mindlight

About the Course: 

Trauma lives in the body. To resolve trauma, we must know how to address the body and understand how the brain and body are affected by trauma. This will help us to safely, gently, and effectively integrate trauma. In this 18-week course designed for practitioners and aspiring practitioners, you will build an understanding of how to safely approach even the most intense psychological wounds and gently integrate them, with sustained results. We will explore its neurobiological impact and its personal and social consequences, as well as steep you in practical application of proven techniques. And you will learn to quickly and gently resolve even the most intense psychological and emotional wounds.

The curriculum includes 39+ hours of group and 1-on-1 focused classwork including:

• Weekly live 90-minute Zoom classes with exclusive processes and tools, and an intimate class size of 12 students or less.
• Lifetime access to an online portal with class documents, notes, and resources that are in PDF format so they are easy to download and save.
• 12 Community Lab sessions where you get to receive and witness more 1:1 sessions with senior Mindlight students.
