Psychedelics, Breathwork & Beyond

Join us for an evening of exploration and discovery as we dive into the world of breathwork and meditation with Houston community member Devon Thomas, a certified breathwork practitioner. Devon, an Army veteran and Franchise Performance Consultant, has experienced firsthand the life-changing benefits of psychedelics and the power of breathwork and meditation in his journey towards healing.

In this meeting, Devon will share his personal experiences with psychedelics and how they have led him to discover the transformative effects of breathwork and meditation. He will provide examples and resources to help you incorporate these practices into your own daily routine, and will even guide you through a short breathwork experience. Whether you are new to these practices or a seasoned practitioner, this event is for you. Discover the power of breathwork and meditation and learn how they can enhance your overall wellbeing and serve as preparation and integration tools in life!
