Psychedelic Integration Circle: Share. Connect. Reflect

Join us as we engage in process-oriented self-inquiry, group discussion, and integration tools and practices. Our intention is to reconnect with our psychedelic experiences, begin to understand them better, and harness their psychological and spiritual wisdom and healing potential. We explore common challenges and questions that arise during the critical preparation and integration phases. This is a great opportunity to share stories and insights and dive deeper into your experience in a safe, like-minded, and supportive community. We also welcome those who are simply curious about psychedelics and their potential for healing and transformation. We learn and grow in community, and community is medicine in itself.

Integration Circle Rules

After our ICE BREAKER, we will open up the circle first to people who would like to integrate a specific experience. Shares are given up to 5 min. We will then ask if the person would like to receive reflections and we will open the floor for 2-3 reflections. At that point, we will then move to the next share. If no one feels called to share a personal experience, we will open the circle to questions and general conversations. Please limit share times to allow responses.

We ask that everyone:

- Speak from a personal "I" perspective

- Offer reflections, not "advice"

- Bring an open mind

- Respect Confidentiality --  “What happens in the circle, stays in the circle"

- No Recording of ANY kind

- Silence all electronic devices

- Avoid distracting behavior: eating & multitasking

- Avoid crosstalk -- one person speaking at a time.

- Participation! We request that everyone participates on some level. That can look like sharing, reflecting, or being present while listening. This is for the comfort of the group and everyone who is showing up and sharing vulnerably.

**Please note that due to our intention of setting a proper container, doors will begin to close at 4:05 pm, so please arrive promptly. Please make the intention to stay for the entire duration of the circle so the container is not broken.
