Mindful Meditation Meetup June 2023 (Dallas)

The PsyT Dallas community meditation meetup will take place in a peaceful and serene environment, perfect for quieting the mind and promoting relaxation. This guided meditation will lead us through a session designed to help us cultivate inner peace and harmony. Connect with like-minded individuals and share a transformative experience together. Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you are welcome to join us. We look forward to connecting with you, in community, and sharing this special moment with you.
