About the event
Psychedelics can open powerful doors—but they’re not the only way. Join us for a dynamic, real-world conversation exploring how breathwork, tantra, and hypnotherapy create profound altered states of consciousness that can heal, awaken, and transform.
Our panel of local experts will share how these practices work, why they matter, and how they can stand alone or complement psychedelic journeys. You'll hear from a breathwork facilitator who helps clients break through emotional blocks, a tantra healer who teaches embodied connection to the self and others, and a licensed hypnotherapist who taps the subconscious to rewire patterns at their root.
Through personal stories, scientific insights, and years of hands-on experience, our speakers will reveal how natural altered states can help people heal trauma, release limiting beliefs, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with a greater sense of purpose.
Whether you’re new to exploring consciousness, actively engaged in psychedelic healing, or looking for powerful tools to support your journey, you’ll walk away with practical wisdom—and fresh inspiration—for your path ahead.
Come with curiosity. Leave with possibility.

Barbara Nadalini Priesnitz, MA, LPC
Barbara Nadalini Priesnitz is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Hypnotherapy, Sound Healing, and Past Life Regression. Helping her clients hear and see their own internal, subconscious wisdom is always the objective. Clinical Hypnosis or "hypnotherapy" is an intentional trance state that allows you to turn down the volume of your internal self-critic and self-consciousness, allowing you to hear your own deeper thoughts, ideas, wisdom, and sometimes the true voice of the resistant or stubborn part of you that doesn't agree with (and isn't cooperating with) your conscious agenda. Before becoming a therapist, Barbara owned and operated a restaurant in the late 90's, had a career in Information Technology, and raised her family in Austin, Texas. She has been practicing in Austin since 2013.
Rebecca Kline, MAC, LMFT
Rebecca Kline, an event organizer at PsyT, will be moderating this panel discussion. A licensed therapist specializing in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Rebecca’s journey to rediscovering her True Self began with her personal experience in psychedelic healing. She believes deeply that we heal in community, not in isolation, making groups like PsyT essential to our Austin community. Rebecca sees psychedelic medicines and community as inseparable forces, guiding us back to wholeness and our true selves.
