About the Speaker:
Dr. Benjamin Malcolm, founder of The Spirit Pharmacist, is dedicated to bridging the gap between science and spirituality in mental health care. Through his practice, he offers psychopharmacology consulting, education, and a Member Resource and Support Program focused on empowering individuals and professionals with knowledge about psychedelic medicines. His mission is to promote the safe, intentional, and transformative use of psychedelics for psychospiritual well-being, personal development, ceremonial sacraments, and mental health treatment. Professionally trained as a clinical psychiatric pharmacist, Dr. Malcolm transitioned from nearly five years in academia to establish Spirit Pharmacist. He holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy and a Master of Public Health from Touro University California and is a former Board-Certified Psychiatric Pharmacist. His post-graduate training includes a PGY-2 Residency in Psychiatric Pharmacy at UC San Diego and a PGY-1 Residency in Acute Care at Scripps Mercy Hospital. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Malcolm is passionate about cognitive liberty, psychospiritual healing, and the exploration of consciousness. A father and an avid lover of nature, music, and exercise, he integrates his values and passions into his work, striving to inspire others and contribute to a society where access to psychedelic medicines is both safe and transformative.
