Connie Lozano is a gifted sound healer and meditation guide specializing in soundbaths and vibrational therapy, and hosts Ritual Yoga and Meditation in San Antonio. Using crystal bowls, drums, and other resonant instruments, Connie creates therapeutic soundscapes that promote relaxation, emotional release, and expanded consciousness. Her work combines ancient healing traditions with modern mindfulness practices, providing participants with restorative experiences that resonate on both a physical and energetic level.
